  • Rates are based on double occupancy and include an expanded continental breakfast. Additional person (Room 4 only) is $35 per night. Maximum occupancy and age restriction applies.

  • Children 12 and over are welcome. If you arrive with younger or undisclosed children, you will forfeit your reservation.

  • You must be 21 years old to rent a room.

  • We cannot accommodate handicapped guests or those with trouble using stairs. (Rockport Inn & Suites has handicapped accessible rooms.)

  • All guest rooms are air-conditioned June-September.

  • Lantana House is a smoke-free B&B. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.  A $200 cleaning fee will be charged, and you will need to vacate the room.

  • All rooms have private baths.

  • Wireless Internet service is available in all the guest rooms and common areas.

  • We cannot accommodate pets or emotional support animals.

  • Guests may not hold social events at the B&B. 

  • Each rental includes one parking space. We cannot accommodate additional vehicles. EV Charging is close by in the town lot. Please be out of the lot by 11:00 AM unless other arrangements have been made.

  • At the present time there is no in-stay housekeeping. If you require new towels, toiletries or something else, please ask.

  • A deposit for the first night will be taken upon making the reservation with the balance due upon arrival. Two-week cancellation notice required for deposit refund ($35 cancellation fee applies). No shows will be charged the entire amount of the reservation. Third party bookings will be charged as stated on the third party site.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • All rates are subject to 11.7% Massachusetts Room Tax.

  • Two night minimum. Three night minimum for Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day.

  • We are closed November - April. Some other dates may be available. Call to enquire.

  • Check in is from 2:00-7:00 PM. Check out is by 11:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please contact us if you cannot arrive during these times.

  • Payment accepted via Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
